We ship to the United States ONLY.  We do not ship to CANADA or outside the United States.

PROCESSING TIME
We try to get our orders packed within 24 hours, although we don't work on weekends.  Then add to the packing time the shipping time below, which depends on where you are in the United States. 

SHIPPING TIME
We ship small items like baby freezer cubes and baby safe feeders vis United States Postal Mail.  Larger items, such as Medela Breastpumps ship via FedEx Ground. We are in Pennsylvania and ship from zip code 18452.  Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order on the east coast and 5-10 business days on the west coast.

TRACKING NUMBER
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.  If you do not receive your tracking number within 2-3 business days, please contact us.

If you accidentally typed in the wrong email address during the order process, you will of course not get the tracking number.  We have your correct email address if you received an order confirmation immediately after you submitted your order.  Please contact us if you did not receive an order confirmation.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
 When you received your tracking number, you will know whether your order was shipped via Postal Mail or FedEx. You can track at the United States Postal Service website:  www.usps.com or at the FedEx website: www.FedEx.com  These websites will have links to them in the email you receive with the tracking number.
