All of our products are absolutely brand new and we are careful to store them properly and treat them gently.  Our work space is clean and we handle our items with clean hands.  There are no pets and we don't smoke or allow anyone else to smoke here.

We do allow returns, but only if the item is not opened and the unopened packaging is in good condition.  You are responsible for the return shipping costs.  We will give you a full refund minus shipping and handling and charge a 20% re-stocking fee, because we will not re-sell it.  This is only in the case where you have returned the product because you don't want it or changed your mind.  We will sell it on ebay or keep it ourselves and not re-sell it to our website customers.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the case of you receiving an item which is damaged or defective in any way, we will pay for the return shipping, and either refund your money in full including shipping and handling or ship you another item and not charge you for this shipping, of course. 

Occassionally we have found that some items are sometimes missing parts.  In that case, we ask that you do not return the item.  We will ship you any missing parts promptly at no cost to you.

If you have purchased an item from our website and do not feel that it is a good quality item, please email us to let us know.  We want all of our customers to be happy with our items and with our customer service.  We want your repeat business and we want you to tell your friends about our website.  We depend on word-of-mouth and repeat business!!
